Terms of Service

1.The Service

You upload a photo of a dog taken at your shop (for example a grooming salon). The Service removes the background and combines the dog with a theme background prepared by the Operator using AI image composition.

Your shop name, logo and contact details can be added as a watermark. You can download each photo with or without the watermark.

Composition uses external AI services (background removal: fal; image composition: OpenAI). Details are in the Privacy Policy.

2.Free beta and pricing

The Service currently runs as a free beta. No fees are charged during the beta.

• Each photo uses credits. Trial credits are given in two steps: part first to an account with a verified email, the rest once a business registration number is confirmed. Each email address and each business registration number can be used only once; the Operator may grant more.
• Credits are for use inside the Service only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned. Deleting a photo you already made does not return credits.
• Daily generations, simultaneous generations and request frequency are limited to keep the Service stable.

Before any paid plan starts, prices and conditions will be announced separately in the Service and by email. You will not be charged unless you agree.

3.Sign-up and account

• You sign up with an email address and set a shop name. People under 14 may not sign up.
• You must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy when you sign up.
• You are responsible for your account. Tell the Operator right away if it is used without your permission.
• You can ask to delete your account at any time from Settings (see “Data retention and deletion”).

4.Your responsibilities and uploads

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to use. Photos that infringe copyright, portrait rights or other rights are not allowed.
• If a person (an owner, staff) appears in a photo, do not upload a photo showing their face without their consent. Where possible, frame or crop the photo to show only the dog.
• You must obtain any consent needed to use your customers’ pet photos or to post or share the results.
• The shop name, logo and contact details in your watermark must be ones you are entitled to use.

5.Prohibited conduct

• Uploading unlawful photos or photos that infringe others’ rights
• Creating or requesting obscene, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content
• Creating images that imitate real people, brands or characters in a misleading way
• Getting around service rules, such as creating several accounts to collect trial credits repeatedly
• Sending excessive automated requests or disrupting the Service
• Bypassing security measures or trying to access other users’ information

6.Rights in generated images

• Rights in the photos you upload stay with you (or the original right holder).
• The Operator claims no rights in the finished photos. You may use them freely, including commercially to promote your shop, within the law and others’ rights.
• AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, and the Operator does not guarantee exclusive rights. Other users may create similar images with the same theme.
• The Operator does not use your photos or results for anything other than providing the Service (storage, display, download) — not for advertising, showing them to other users, or collecting AI training data.

7.AI-generated image notice

Photos made by the Service are AI-composited images. Backgrounds and props are not real places, and the dog’s coat colour or shape may differ slightly from the original.

We recommend saying that an image was made with AI when you post it or send it to a customer. Where the law requires such a label, you must follow it.

8.Restriction of use

The Operator may suspend your use if you breach these terms (especially the prohibited conduct) or seriously disrupt the Service. While suspended you cannot upload, create or change settings; photos you already made are kept. Contact us if you disagree.

9.Changes and interruptions

During the beta, features, themes, credit rules and limits may change. Important changes are announced in the Service in advance.

The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages or problems at external services (AI, storage, hosting). If the Service closes, you will be told early enough to download your photos.

10.Data retention and deletion

Within 30 days of a deletion request you can cancel it through our contact channel. Once deletion is complete it cannot be undone. Accounting records such as credit grants and usage are kept in a form that no longer identifies you.

Photos deleted after their retention period cannot be recovered. Please download the photos you need.

11.Disclaimer

• The Service is a free beta provided “as is”, without guarantees about the quality of results or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Operator is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, external service outages, your own fault, or data deleted after its retention period.
• Disputes with others about photos you uploaded or results you used are yours to resolve.
• The Operator remains liable, as the law requires, for damage caused by its intent or gross negligence.

12.Changes to these terms

The Operator may change these terms within the law. Changes are announced in the Service with their effective date at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavourable to you), and your consent is asked again in the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
